GENERAL CONDITIONS

Please read all the information before you complete your reservation.



Fly Fishing Seasons opens on November 1st thru April 30th.
Reservations are in week- long blocks, checking in at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and checking out at 10:00 a.m. on the following Saturday.
Visitors stay in our four comfortable suites with a maximum capacity of 6 guests.

Our rates are based on 7 night weekly package which includes:

  • Lodging
  • Transportation to and from Esquel airport
  • Breakfast, Full Lunch in the field, and Patagonian Traditional Dinner*
  • All beverages including Wines, Whisky, Bourbon and others
  • Required fishing licenses
  • Fly Fishing Guide and Auxiliar fees
  • 6 full days of fly fishing**

*Vegetarian Dishes, Gluten Free Food and Special Diets can be provided to any guests with special needs. Please let us know in advance your diet or any special request about food and beverages when placing your reservation.

** We will guide you at the best spots of Futaleufu River, other waters inside Los Alerces National Park and adjacent areas nearby where we developed private fishing spots for the exclusive use of our guests.

Disclaimer

Outdoor activities in Patagonia represents an inherent risk. Fishing, rafting, boating, wading, hiking, horse back riding and all the rest of outdoor activities represent a risk including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury, death and damage or loss of personal property. Such risks include, but are not limited to, the following:

Fishing and/or wading in or around lakes, ponds, reservoirs or other bodies of water; boarding and un-boarding of watercrafts; natural hazards including, but not limited to lightning storms and other adverse weather conditions; domestic or wild animals; fire; travel either on foot or in a vehicle in unfamiliar terrain or over fences and other structures; artificial and natural obstructions and/or unimproved roads; becoming lost or disoriented; the consumption of provisioned or other food and beverages.

You should realize that during your lodge activity there may not be search, rescue, medical facilities or the expertise necessary to deal with any risks to which you may be exposed. Be aware that fishing and other lodge activities are physical activities involving potentially extreme physical exertion and may not be suitable for everyone.

Cipreses Lodge shall not accept responsibility for losses to our guests for any claims, including but not limited to:

Responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property, loss of mental or physical enjoyment, delay or inconvenience.

Any delays or changes in schedule, itineraries, incurred by any person arising out of any willful or negligent act or omission of any carrier, hotel, airline, lodge, ground operator or other person who does not render any services or accommodations.

The act or omissions of any party.

Monetary crisis, labor problems, economic changes, mechanical maintenance or construction difficulties or noise, climatic aberrations, local laws, novel or unexpected conditions.

Absence of travel documents, passports, visa and health certificates, where required.

Additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, missed carrier connections, substitute accommodations or of common carrier equipment, termination of service, change in fare and rates, cancellation or double booking reservations or tickets, sickness, strike, war, quarantine, pilferage, monetary crisis, political or social unrest, disease, acts of god or any events beyond our control.

Accordingly, the Guests covenant and agree the Property Owner is not responsible for damages such as (but not limited to), hiking, fishing, swimming, falls from decks, wet tiles and or stairs along with any sliding glass door injuries. Therefore, each guest agrees that he/she is voluntarily participating in any and all activities, risks, and use of the accommodations, and hereby assumes all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss to person and property that might result, including, without limitation, any loss or theft of personal property.

For the execution interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement, the parties expressly submit to the laws in effect in Argentina and to the courts of Argentina, hereby waiving any other jurisdiction that may now or hereafter be applicable by reason of their present or future domiciles.

Guests with Disabilities – Argentina does not conform to most countries disability laws like the United States’ American Disabilities Act, therefore, facilities for disabled persons are limited in Argentina and subsequently at Cipreses Lodge.

All Guests Staying at Cipreses Lodge must agree to the Waiver of Liability Disclaimer and all other Terms and Conditions.
